BPC, Directors Guild Bangladesh sign two-year mou to promote tourism

As part of its commercial promotion initiatives, the state-owned Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation (BPC) and Directors Guild Bangladesh, an organisation of registered drama, film and audio-visual content producers in Bangladesh, signed a two-year bilateral memorandum of understanding (MoU) on 8 February, 2026.

Directors' Guild Bangladesh elects new leaders.

Shahiduzzaman Selim has officially been elected president of the Directors' Guild for the 2025-27 term, securing 271 votes, while Faridul Hasan claimed the general secretary position with 222 votes. The newly elected leaders will oversee the organisation for the next two years.
